Orcas in the Monterey Harbor
A pod of orcas (killerwhales) were real close to the Coast Guard pier in Monterey. One video shows them right in the harbor!

Life at Wal-Mart One Year
I have been at Wal-Mart for over one year now, working in the Pharmacy the last 7 months.
My manager and co-workers in the Pharmacy are pretty cool.
I am close enough to go home for lunch and ride my bike back to work.
It beats commuting to the Bay Area.
